Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How do I sign up to cook a meal?

A:  Go to our SignUpGenius page at  On the site, you will find details about our meals, dates and helpful hints about quantities, times, etc.  Choose a date and sign up.  You will receive a reminder email the week prior to your slot.  Alternately, call or email Trey and he will help find a spot for you to plug-in.

Q:  I've signed up to help cook a meal, but what should I Serve?

A:  The simple answer is whatever you wish.  You might consider what you would fix for younger relatives who are coming over for a picnic or reunion.  The meal served on Sunday Evenings is by design a snack supper.  A small meal to help keep up the energy for our young people for our many activities.

Successful meals have included the following:  Tacos, Lasagna, Baked Ziti, Sloppy Joes, Mac and Cheese, Meatball Sandwiches, Spaghetti Pie, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches and of course - Pizza.  These are but a few examples of what to serve.  Let your creative juices flow.  The youth will appreciate whatever you put in front of them.  Thanks for your care and generosity.

Q:  Is there a magical place where I can see what the youth are doing all year long?

A:  As a matter of fact, you can download a pdf of our annual calendar right here.  The pdf is suitable for your fridge, framing, or darts practice.  Remember some dates are subject to change.  Check the youth events page for the most up to date information.
