Ministry Partners

There are many great organizations in our communities, but the following are groups and activities that we are presently engaged in ministry with.  If you wish to  volunteer, contact the church office or the organization directly.

Kid's Alley

KIDS ALLEY is the main program of One Accord Inc., non-profit faith-based organization reaching out to inner-city children and their families with weekly programs. Our children live in the city of Camden, New Jersey considered to be the most violent and impoverished city in our country. 65% of its population is at-risk children. Kids Alley has been reaching out to the children in Camden, New Jersey since 1998 with a mission, a vision, and a promise.

Ronald McDonald House

The Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia is a wonderful place that helps out many families as they live with the struggle of their children suffering from illness. The houses provide a comfortable space for families to stay while away from home. They also provide hospitality kiosks, one each at CHOP and St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital. These kiosks extend the comforts of home to families. 

In addition to these vitally important care for families, the organization sends kids to a week of summer camp, where they can join other children facing illness, and have a week of summer of fun.

90% of the funding for the Ronald McDonald House comes from donations.

Tons of Love

“Tons of Love” is an annual Food Drive benefiting local food pantries.  Families are encouraged to collect food from their street while trick or treating. Bags and notes explaining the project will are distributed in mid October.  Bags will be received at the church on October 31.  Volunteers are needed to help organize bag distribution and receive food.
